You will serve as the bridge between our technology and our customers’ success, focusing on critical analysis, problem solving, and user experience. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Information Technology** fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related); * **Communication:** Clear written and verbal communication, with emphasis on interpersonal relationships; * **Analytical Profile:** Ability to investigate incidents and propose efficient solutions; * **Teamwork:** Collaborative and proactive mindset. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide specialized technical support to users of our management systems; * Analyze and triage requests, ensuring that inquiries are addressed with usability as a priority; * Directly guide customers consultatively to maximize feature utilization; * Document support tickets and contribute to continuous product improvement. Attention: The scope of this role focuses exclusively on application (software) support. It does not involve infrastructure or hardware activities.**General Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT; * **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM); * **Work Model:** 100% in-person; * **Location:** Indaiatuba – SP.
