Key responsibilities include electronic time tracking, managing hour banks, liaising with leaders to resolve time discrepancies, monitoring medical certificates / leaves of absence, as well as verifying the authenticity of medical certificates and declarations. Familiarity with the SENIOR system and experience working in a supermarket store will be considered an advantage. HR experience is an advantage, as is knowledge of labor legislation and benefits management. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork skills.
