Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, personnel management, and organizational climate initiatives, contributing to employee development and well-being. Opportunity to work ethically and proactively in HR Main Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up); * Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures (documentation, system registration, control of pre-employment medical examinations); * Manage electronic timekeeping, hour bank, and payroll (in coordination with accounting); * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files; * Support training and development initiatives; * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance); * Support management in preparing HR reports and metrics; * Contribute to organizational climate initiatives. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Organization, discretion, and strong communication skills.
