Junior Logistics Assistant - Shift B

Job Summary: Logistics Analyst focused on system monitoring, deviation handling, and schedule adherence, performing operational and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics system alert analysis 2. Deviation handling and schedule adherence 3. Shift handover development and incident logging **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive shift handover with key offenders and incidents via *e\-mail* and *driver*; * Analyze ongoing alerts in the Atlas system; * Handle deviations through the *Escalation list*; * Log incidents using the decision tree; * Ensure scheduled tasks are completed within the appointed time via Mdrive; * Notify focal points of grouped deviations for schedule escalation; * Develop shift handovers and report incidents occurring during the shift; * Analyze and handle all alerts transmitted by systems per cycle; * Schedule biodiesel/CIF shipments with weight up to 30%; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in the Logistics field; * Basic Microsoft Office package; * Experience with ERP systems; * Residency in the Campinas region (Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, Paulínia, Monte Mor, etc); * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, Shift B (2:00 PM to 10:17 PM\).
