Here, you will have the space to work autonomously, develop your skills, and become part of a team committed to excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Handle end-to-end legal department routines * Perform company registration, amendments, and dissolution * Execute feasibility analyses and registrations via Redesim * Draft and review corporate bylaws * Issue and track certificates * Support interactions with public agencies as needed * Ensure organization, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality **Requirements:** * Prior experience **in legalization at accounting firms.** * Comprehensive knowledge of legal department routines (e.g., company registration/dissolution, bylaws, certificates, feasibility analyses, etc.) * Familiarity with industry-specific systems (e.g., Domínio) * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills * Attention to detail and responsibility regarding deadlines * Availability for on-site work You won’t just be another team member.
