Essential for ensuring the availability of sterilized materials Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and seeks a Laboratory Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization and efficiency of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform sterilization processes for materials and equipment according to established procedures. * Prepare and organize sterilization loads (autoclave or other applicable methods). * Complete logbooks and records related to sterilization processes and area activities. * Monitor production scheduling to ensure sterilized materials are available as required. * Verify identification, integrity, and status of materials before and after sterilization. * Release and organize sterilized materials for use in production. * Report any deviations, process failures, or irregularities identified to the responsible person. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sterilization area per internal procedures and good practices. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments; * Basic knowledge of GMP, autoclave operation, and inventory control will be considered an advantage; * Experience in pharmaceutical laboratories or production; * Experience handling liquid solutions or formulations; * Basic knowledge of sterile processes, cleaning, and organization of production areas; * Experience recording production data will be an advantage; * Prior exposure to injectable production or hospital compounding is desirable.
