Involvement in demand analysis, systemic maintenance, and support for acceptance testing **About the role:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a **Junior Implementation Assistant**. This position is ideal for those seeking to begin a career in the technology field, focusing on system maintenance and evolution, and ensuring the quality and usability of our solutions. The role primarily involves low-complexity maintenance and development of system parameters and workflows, as well as critical support during the acceptance testing process for new versions. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** The Junior Implementation Assistant will work across three main areas: Demand Analysis, Systemic Maintenance/Development, and Acceptance Testing Support: **1\. Demand Analysis and Management:** * **Initial Analysis:** Conduct preliminary analysis of new development or maintenance requests. * **Impact Assessment:** Assess the necessity and impacts of low-complexity maintenance on Profiles, *Workareas*, *Workflows*, *Processflows*, Reports, *Dashboards*, and ApM tables (system parameters). * **Communication:** Facilitate alignment meetings with requestors and other involved departments to ensure mutual understanding and technical feasibility. **2\. Systemic Maintenance and Low-Complexity Development:** * **Impact Identification:** Identify impacts of low-complexity maintenance and new developments. * **Implementation:** Implement low-complexity maintenance and new developments in: * Profiles and *Workareas*. * *Workflows* and *Processflows* (business workflows). * Reports and *Dashboards*. * ApM tables (system parameters). * **Quality Control:** Perform **acceptance testing** (internal testing) on implemented maintenance and new developments. * **Documentation and Communication:** Document completed work, formalize changes, and communicate internally and externally about implemented changes. **3\.
