We are looking for a person to work as a **Development Assistant**, supporting the Technology team in implementing improvements, maintaining systems, and evolving our digital solutions. We seek a curious, collaborative individual with strong learning ability and eagerness to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** * Supporting the development of improvements, adjustments, and low-complexity features, always under team supervision. * Assisting with system maintenance by performing simple fixes and supporting the evolution of existing applications. * Executing functional tests, recording evidence, and reporting inconsistencies identified during validations. * Supporting technical documentation by updating records, manuals, and guidelines related to the team’s deliverables. * Assisting with initial incident analysis and tracking Technology team requests. * Collaborating with developers and analysts in implementing solutions, contributing to delivery quality. * Participating in team ceremonies and routines, monitoring activity progress and continuously learning. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this position, the following are required:** * Experience in software development. * Knowledge of programming logic, algorithms, and solution structuring. * Familiarity with web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent technologies. * Basic knowledge of databases, SQL queries, and table relationships. * Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git). * Basic knowledge of demand management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar). * Understanding of functional testing and technical documentation. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in teams. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience working in agile environments. * Knowledge of modern web development frameworks. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to development (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar). * Knowledge of process automation. * Experience with APIs and system integration. * Interest in continuous improvement and lifelong learning. **Additional information** **Location:** Our technology team works remotely; however, if you need to visit the office, we are located in São Paulo, Itaim Bibi. **Benefits:** \- Flexible Meal/Voucher Card (Swille); * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Zenklub; * Consortium professional day benefit; * 0% interest rate on our products (exclusively for employees); \- PPR (Profit Sharing Program) — based on annual program goals.
