We seek a responsible professional to support our administrative routines, ensuring process compliance and the organization of the HR/DP department. **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00\. **Working Hours:** Permanent position – 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance (R$ 21.00/day), and Outpatient Health Plan (starting after the 6th full month). ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support HR Department administrative routines and organize employee documents; * Enter and verify information for payroll processing; * Manage electronic time tracking and bank of hours; * Assist in onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and system-based registration updates; * Monitor and track benefit delivery (Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, etc.); * Provide employee support to clarify administrative inquiries; * Support submission of labor obligations and eSocial-related routines. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Practical experience in HR Department routines—such as time tracking—and basic payroll knowledge is preferred; * **Legislation:** Basic knowledge of labor legislation is preferred; * **Systems:** Experience with systems such as Secculum and Convenia is preferred.
