**Responsibilities and duties**
Provide essential support to administrative and operational routines within the Health, Safety, Environment, and Administration (HSSE) area, working collaboratively across various teams and company units.
Key responsibilities include managing training programs (e.g., IPAF), supporting the preparation of technical documents (PGR, PPP, PCMSO), assigning employees in internal systems (ADP), organizing events, maintaining spreadsheets, preparing reports, and entering data into systems such as SAP and PROJURIS.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining document organization (physical and digital), supporting internal communications, and contributing to the smooth execution of HSSE processes nationwide.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Completed technical education in Occupational Safety (mandatory);
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields is considered a plus.
