We seek a professional to assist in analyzing and controlling recurring and ad-hoc activities, organizing and disseminating information, fleet management, among other responsibilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Classify and organize documents; prepare spreadsheets, tables, and charts. Generate reports according to predefined procedures. Receive, classify, verify, consolidate, and/or summarize documents and information. Maintain records of processed documents, ensuring their completeness through proper tracking. Compile routine and special reports following established formats and procedures. Contact suppliers or employees from other organizational areas to exchange information. Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System; participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
