Job Summary: This role provides administrative support within a department, managing records, documentation, and files to ensure the correct development of daily activities. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and organization Provide administrative support for departmental routines, controlling records, documentation, and files within your area of responsibility, performing daily procedures to contribute to the proper execution of activities (SESMT) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter and schedule daily services in respective systems (ERP) * Perform administrative procedures within your area of responsibility, manually or digitally, to support timely completion of processes * Record and track daily incidents in spreadsheets and submit reports periodically to PSS and MA managers * Receive and manage documents from professionals related to Human Resources to provide all necessary information for accurate payroll processing * Print weekly schedules to share information with relevant parties and promptly clarify any questions * Control and organize documents within your area of responsibility * Maintain appropriate digital records of information in your area, requesting and providing data to other company departments as needed * Monitor inventory and place material orders for your area of responsibility * Execute administrative controls for the operational department, including inventory control in operations and operational support needs in procurement **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical training in Occupational Safety is a plus * Experience in this role **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance / Chartered Transportation Medical assistance with co-payment (Unimed Seguros) Dental assistance On-site cafeteria Meal card: R$ 1\.246,80 Pharmacy benefit program Gympass (Wellhub) for your well-being Life insurance fully subsidized by Veolia Extended paternity leave \- 20 days Veolia Cares: employee wellness program covering mental, physical, and financial health ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
