**RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and group activities. \- Attendance tracking, benefits administration, onboarding of new employees, and payroll support. \- Collection of documents, pre-employment/post-employment medical examinations, and system registration (eSocial). \- Salary calculations, overtime pay, allowances (night shift, hazardous duty), deductions (INSS, IRRF), and payslip issuance. \- Monitoring of working hours, tardiness, absences, and rotating shift schedules. \- Planning of vacation calendars and leave management (maternity, medical). **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Department. \- Knowledge of labor laws (CLT) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). \- Organization, proactivity, and ability to work under deadlines. **BENEFITS:** \- Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance Plan. \- Wellhub (Gympass). \- Avus. \- Meal allowance / food voucher. \- Opportunity for professional growth and development.
