Consultative profile focused on business solutions ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **communicative Python Developer**, who will work **hands-on in development**, supporting the sales team in pre-sales processes and opportunity closure. This role combines **technical development** with **direct client interaction**, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy programming but also have strong skills in explaining solutions and participating in technical negotiations. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop practical, hands-on **Python solutions**, such as Proof of Concepts (POCs), Automations and scripts, and API-based integrations; * Participate in client meetings to understand technical requirements; * Translate business needs into viable technical solutions; * Support the sales team in building technical proposals; * Serve as the technical reference throughout the pre-sales process until closure. ### **Requirements** * Practical experience in **Python** (focused on scripts, automations, demos, and POCs); * Knowledge of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, etc.); * Experience in the Big Data domain; * Strong communication and client relationship skills; * Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply; * Consultative mindset, with business vision and solution orientation; * Comfort working in commercial and negotiation contexts. ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with SAP and Process Mining; * Prior experience in **pre-sales, solutions, or client-facing projects**; * Experience with cloud environments or containers.
