Contract Type: PJ/MEI Monthly Contract Value: R$12\.000,00 to R$14\.000,00 **Requirements**: * Experience designing and evolving architectures of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. * Proven experience developing with PHP Laravel. * Knowledge of emerging technologies and Python frameworks. * Adherence to AI-driven development best practices. * Experience working in environments with multiple squads/projects and service integrations. * Ability to architect solutions for both on\-premise/VPS (local or traditional infrastructure) and cloud environments (especially GCP), evaluating trade\-offs between approaches. * Ability to define architectural standards and non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability) jointly with other senior team members. * Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and service integration. * Proficiency in domain and data modeling (DDD or equivalents). * Ability to lead technical decisions and communicate trade\-offs. * Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (design, networking, security, databases) **Preferred Qualifications**: * Participation in legacy modernization or migration projects to modern architectures (e.g., microservices, event\-driven). * Experience with hybrid infrastructure strategies (gradual migration from on\-premise to cloud). * Certifications in architecture or cloud (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF). **Responsibilities**: * Define and evolve the company’s architectural vision and standards, aligned with business goals and long-term strategy. * Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for new and existing systems. * Ensure non-functional requirements (availability, security, observability, cost) are met across all solutions. * Lead technical discussions and guide decisions balancing innovation and legacy constraints. * Mentor tech leads and developers, promoting architectural alignment across squads. * Support system modernization and integration of new products/services. * Participate in design reviews and analyze technical risks. * Establish documentation standards and technical governance. **Benefits**: Fully remote work, delivery model with mutually agreed availability.
