As one of the most recognized brands globally, we distribute millions of products annually to customers worldwide. You will focus on four core areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and departmental productivity. Key job responsibilities * Analyze workload forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to meet the facility’s overall goals * Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance workforce allocation, ensuring a balanced and efficient operation while achieving all targets * Support all safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all associates * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools A day in the life * 3x2 schedule (3 workdays followed by 3 days off, then 2 workdays followed by 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (06:00\-18:00 or 18:00\-05:00\) * Availability to work on weekends **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience in employee and performance management **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * English skills * Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques; Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
