As one of the world’s most recognized brands, we distribute millions of products annually to customers worldwide. You will focus on four core areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and departmental productivity. Key job responsibilities * Analyze workload forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to meet the facility’s overall objectives * Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance workforce allocation, ensuring balanced and efficient operations while achieving all goals * Support all safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all associates * Identify and proactively lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools implementation A day in the life * 3x2 shift schedule (3 days on, 3 days off; 2 days on, 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (06:00\-18:00 or 18:00\-05:00\) * Availability to work weekends **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements * Experience in employee and performance management **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * English skills.
