Job Summary: Mid-level (N2) technical analyst focused on incident resolution, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, collaborating with various technical teams. Collaborating with development, QA, and Cloud teams . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mid-level (N2\) technical analysis, focusing on resolving more complex incidents; * Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents in production environments; * Monitor applications, services, and infrastructure to ensure availability and performance; * Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify failures and performance degradations; * Handle critical incidents and recurring issues, leading root cause analysis (RCA); * Support deployment processes, releases, and post-implementation validations; * Collaborate with development, QA, and Cloud teams to address incidents and drive improvements; * Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base; * Propose continuous improvements targeting system stability, performance, and reliability; * Execute queries on relational and non-relational databases. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution; * Application, service, and infrastructure monitoring; * Log, metric, and alert analysis; * Handling critical incidents and recurring issues (RCA); * Supporting deployments, releases, and post-implementation validations; * Collaboration with development, QA, and Cloud teams; * Creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base; * Proposing improvements for stability, performance, and reliability; * Executing database queries (Relational and Non-relational).
