Continuous improvement of technical skills **Junior Developer Analyst** **Summary:** The Junior Developer Analyst is responsible for supporting the transformation of requirements into increments of systems developed and implemented by the company, working under technical guidance and adhering to standards, processes, and best practices defined by the team. Performs development and maintenance of lower-complexity functionalities, carrying out tasks with accountability for deliverables while receiving supervision and direction from more experienced professionals. Executes activities as part of their learning and technical growth process. Participates in understanding and refining requests from internal and external customers, contributing to technical feasibility analysis of requirements. Gradually develops analytical capability and mastery of the organization’s adopted development practices. Continuously enhances technical skills by assimilating coding best practices, quality standards, and definition-of-done criteria, progressively contributing to improving the development flow and the team’s delivery quality. **Responsibilities:** Participate in project and requirement development under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Develop low-complexity functionalities following the team-defined technical and architectural standards. Fix simple bugs and perform targeted adjustments in existing systems. Perform basic corrective and evolutionary maintenance of already-implemented applications. Identify and apply coding patterns already used in the project’s codebase. Execute basic tests on developed functionalities before making them available for validation. Correctly follow the version control and code organization workflow adopted by the team. Support updating technical documentation and records of changes made. Participate in team ceremonies and routines, observing activity organization and prioritization. Proactively seek technical knowledge, guided by leadership or more experienced professionals. Apply fundamental software development, quality, and code organization best practices. Understand fundamental concepts of front-end, back-end, and system integration, applying them as directed. Contribute occasional simple suggestions for technical or process improvements identified during task execution. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, Joins) Version Control Basic knowledge of ORM/Micro ORM Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Classes, Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Inheritance, etc.) Basic knowledge of Unit Testing. **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance.
