Then this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform troubleshooting and functional analysis of incidents in non-production environments; * Support applications in test environments; * Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure system performance visibility and proactively detect issues; * Lead incident response, conducting post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; * Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and reducing human error; * Analyze system capacity and plan scalability to meet demand, ensuring service availability and responsiveness; * Collaborate with development teams to implement changes safely and efficiently, minimizing impact on the staging environment; * Work closely with security teams to ensure security practices are integrated into the testing lifecycle; * Create and maintain technical documentation and operational guides, as well as train teams on best practices and tools; * Collaborate with QA analysts to continuously improve system reliability and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience operating applications based on WebLogic Application Server, SOA Suite, OSB, Apache, OHS; * Preferred: experience operating applications based on Kubernetes\OpenShift\Microservices; * Also preferred: knowledge and operation of Axway API Gateway; * Basic knowledge of cloud application support, relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL); * Familiarity with Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of SRE and DevOps practices; * Knowledge of observability tools and dashboard creation for monolithic and distributed systems (primarily ELK Stack); * Experience with monitoring tools for monolithic and distributed systems (primarily ELK Stack); * Understanding of distributed environment infrastructure operations; application and infrastructure troubleshooting, with emphasis on root cause identification; * Ability to build automated processes using programming languages (Python and shell scripting); * Remote position, but candidates must reside in São Paulo - SP or Curitiba - PR. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not only offering excellent benefits, but also flexible ones. **Here’s what we offer\* you:** * Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform featuring multiple categories: Gym, VR, VA, Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; * Corporate mobile phone.
