Key Highlights: 1. Working with data architecture and process automation on Salesforce. 2. Managing integrations and data security (LGPD). 3. Participating in Scrum ceremonies and technical refinement of requirements. Leve Saúde is a Rio de Janeiro-based health plan operator founded with the purpose of transforming how healthcare is delivered in Brazil. We believe that caring goes far beyond offering health plans — it means building relationships, truly listening, and being present throughout each person’s journey. From day one, we have bet on a closer, more welcoming, and solution-oriented model. With our own teams and an integrated network, we promote a lighter, more efficient, and patient-centered healthcare experience. Our technological ecosystem is robust, built on high-complexity core systems (Solus as ERP, Tasy as Electronic Health Record, and Salesforce as the central CRM and Customer Service platform), all integrated via a modern API-led Service Bus on AWS. **What Drives Us:** * Making healthcare more human and accessible. * Reducing bureaucracy and facilitating access to quality services. * Leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences and outcomes. * How We Do It: * Through our own clinics, ready to provide welcoming and efficient care. * Through a multidisciplinary team closely accompanying beneficiaries’ journeys. * Through an internal team committed to innovation, quality, and purpose. We are seeking a **Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst** to design solutions, model data, and configure our Org, ensuring Salesforce scales with performance, security, and minimal code-based customization (Apex), always prioritizing the platform’s declarative tools. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Declarative Modeling and Solutioning:** Design Salesforce data architecture (Custom Objects, Master-Detail/Lookup Relationships) to support new business operations. Practical example: modeling objects for capturing integration logs and AI-powered customer service metrics. * **Process Automation:** Create and maintain complex automations using *Salesforce Flows* (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows), ensuring performance and avoiding governor limits. * **Integration Management (Functional Perspective):** Collaborate with Backend Architects and Developers to specify data mapping (“From-To”) between Salesforce and our legacy systems (Solus and Tasy) through our API Service Bus (AWS). * **Technical Refinement and Agile Practices:** Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, translating business area pain points (Sales, Billing, Retention, Clinical Team, etc.) into clear User Stories and technical requirements for the Salesforce team. * **Governance and Security:** Manage profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data visibility, ensuring LGPD compliance when handling sensitive health data (PHI). * **Troubleshooting and Improvements:** Analyze root causes of complex production incidents (Level N3), optimize existing processes, and reduce technical debt in the Org. * **AI Agent Knowledge:** Use AI agents to enhance productivity, quality, and security in performing daily tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Proven prior experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, Consultant, or Administrator in medium-to-high complexity Orgs. * Advanced, proven expertise in *Service Cloud* (Omnichannel, Cases, Entitlements) and *Sales Cloud* (Leads, Opportunities, Sales Pipeline). * Senior-level expertise in creating *Flows*, and reviewing legacy automations for improvements and best practices. * Ability to read and interpret integration payloads (JSON/XML), and familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman. * Deep understanding of Salesforce’s relational data model and declarative architecture best practices (knowing precisely when to use “Click” versus when to require “Code” from developers). **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)** * Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., *Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant*). * Prior experience with API-oriented architectures and familiarity with microservices concepts. * Familiarity with the Brazilian supplementary health ecosystem (ANS, eligibility rules, waiting periods) and systems such as Tasy or Solus. * Experience implementing or managing Salesforce *Health Cloud*. We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, focused on people over 45 seeking quality healthcare at affordable prices. Our Operating Model rests on **three pillars**, reflecting our beliefs about healthcare management: * We believe **Digital Health** is an irreversible path that already has — and will increasingly have — an extraordinary impact on healthcare management. \- We believe the combination of **Primary Healthcare** and Digital Health is the perfect meeting point between past and future. Both are fundamental ingredients for achieving the right to healthier longevity. * We believe having an **Owned Network** is the critical ingredient to complement our model, enabling us to guarantee personalized, humanized, compassionate, and solution-oriented care. You’ll find available opportunities on our careers page. We’re rooting for you!
