Responsible for high-complexity customer billing and accounts receivable; 2\. Prepare and monitor reconciliations and extensions issued for control and dissemination of indicators; 3\. Identify invoices with discrepancies and coordinate resolution with responsible parties (operations, customers), scheduling, organizing, and leading meetings; 4\. Solid knowledge of freight rate tables; 5\. Perform freight recalculation and develop freight simulation spreadsheets – including discounts and adjustments, as well as verification of freight rate tables; 6\. Responsible for controlling accounting accounts; 7\. Prepare financial performance indicator reports and dashboards, and proactively disseminate and discuss them; 8\. Responsible for sharing and transferring knowledge among team members; 9\. Perform control of fiscal invoices and accounting entries in the system (WebAdi); 10\. Analyze actual vs. budgeted operational results; 11\. Prepare, support, and disseminate financial reports; 12\. Proactively engage leadership teams, consistently proposing solutions to identified problems;
