Job Summary: Financial professional to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and cash flow control, with experience in ERP systems and DANFEs, preferably in the transportation/logistics sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury 2. Cash flow control and bank reconciliation 3. Posting and verification of DANFEs/NFs with tax withholdings * Experience in **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury** * Daily bank reconciliation * **Cash flow** control * Weekly payment scheduling and bank management * Posting and verification of **DANFEs/NFs with tax withholdings** * Archiving and control of XMLs/fiscal documentation * Issuance of outgoing invoices (consignment/return) * Verification of contracts, invoices, and expenses * Control of DDA, automatic debits, and recurring payments * Monthly financial/accounting closing * Experience with financial ERP systems (Rodopar or similar preferred) * Intermediate/advanced Excel * Experience in **transportation/logistics/fleet** companies preferred Additional Qualifications: * Basic tax knowledge (withholdings, tax verification) * Fleet administrative routines (IPVA, licensing, tolls, documentation, unloading, etc.) * Digital file organization and document compliance Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
