Additionally, we have been certified by GPTW for the second consecutive year as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain systems using languages such as C\#, VB6, VB.NET, .NET, and JavaScript. * Perform SQL Server and Oracle database queries, modeling, and optimization. * Participate in requirements analysis and elicitation with business areas. * Develop systemic solutions aligned with banking and investment processes. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical and functional system documentation. * Support internal and external audits with technical and systemic information. * Contribute to the change management process, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Conduct tests and validations in staging and production environments. * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on quality, security, and performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience developing with C\#, VB6, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and JavaScript. * Solid knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle (procedures, triggers, modeling). * Experience in banking or financial environments. * Experience with GIT and Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of investment banking systems (a plus). * Kubernetes environment knowledge is desirable. * Python programming language knowledge is desirable. * Familiarity with systemic processes, integrations, and automations. * Experience with technical, functional documentation, and change management workflows. * Knowledge of system auditing and regulatory compliance is desirable. **Additional Information** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Systemic vision and results orientation. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
