Join Triggo.ai and build the future with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a **Senior Systems Analyst**, with strong focus on **analysis, design, and development of solutions**, ensuring alignment with business needs and established technical standards; * Join the **agile squad responsible for the Branch Platform**, which constitutes the bank's **core system**, supporting branch operations and the delivery of financial products and services; * Conduct **technical and functional analysis**, actively participating in requirements gathering with business areas and proposing efficient, scalable, and enterprise-architecture-aligned solutions; * Develop and maintain applications using **.NET Framework and .NET Core**, ensuring quality, performance, security, and adherence to development best practices; * Support the team in defining the **optimal delivery strategy**, evaluating impact, risks, dependencies, and timelines; * Collaborate closely with **Product Owners, delivery leads, and other stakeholders**, contributing to the platform’s continuous evolution; * Provide **technical mentoring and support to junior developers**, promoting coding standards, best practices, and technical knowledge sharing; * Contribute to **incident analysis, fixes, and continuous improvements**, aiming for system stability and evolution; * Support **delivery leads** in tracking activities, providing technical estimates, and making development-related decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * .NET Framework; * .NET Core; * Discussions with business teams regarding optimal delivery approaches; * Support for junior developers; * Support for delivery leads.
