**Senior Requirements Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications; * Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows; * Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved areas; * Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts; * Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure requirements traceability and validation with end users; * Collaborate using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Twice a week at the client's site.** **Location: Alphaville \- Barueri/SP** Requirements: Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role; * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps); * Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Experience in software development and system architecture is a plus; * Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus **Advantages:** * Experience in large-scale projects and complex systems; * Experience in acceptance testing and requirements validation.
