Learn more on our website: https://br.sensedia.com/sensedia\-careers ### **What is the Role's Mission?** Ensure the technical and functional quality of product deliveries by collaborating closely with the development team to promote automation practices, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. The main challenge is to guarantee secure, stable, and high-quality deliveries while contributing to the maturity of testing and observability processes. ### **What Will Be Your Day\-to\-Day Activities?** * Plan, execute, and automate functional, regression, and exploratory tests. * Validate integrations among APIs and microservices, ensuring test coverage and traceability. * Create and maintain backend automation scripts integrated into the CI/CD pipeline. * Support the development team in identifying and preventing defects from early stages. * Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions focused on quality and performance. * Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and propose improvement solutions. * Support the evolution of quality and observability metrics (defects, coverage, execution time). * Collaborate with the team on prioritization and definition of acceptance criteria. * Share best practices in quality assurance and automated testing with team members. ### **What Are the Mandatory Requirements for This Role?** * Experience in API test automation (Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools). * Experience in test automation using Python, Java, or JavaScript. * Experience designing and executing Functional Tests and Non\-Functional Tests (performance and usability testing). * Testing levels: Unit Testing, Integration/Service Testing, System Testing. * Testing techniques: White Box, Black Box, Exploratory Testing. * Hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket). * Experience analyzing logs, troubleshooting, and monitoring applications. * Proficiency in version control (Git) and best practices for testing in agile environments. * Ability to write clear test scenarios aligned with acceptance criteria. ### **What Are the Preferred Qualifications for This Role?** * Experience with regulatory products (e.g., Open Insurance). * Knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). * Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker. ### **Here You’ll Find:** * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher (Flash Benefits Card), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), TotalPass, Childcare Assistance, Well\-Being Program (focused on physical and mental health), Corporate University (our \#SensediaAcademy) offering diverse learning paths; Cultural and educational partners with special discounts; As a responsible corporate citizen, we offer extended maternity and paternity leave. * We embrace **\#WorkWhereYouBelong**, our value proposition representing a flexible work model designed to strengthen Sensediers’ sense of belonging.
