Position: 100% On-site Location: Fortaleza (CE) Key job responsibilities * Coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders; * Define and execute alignment and operationalization plans for peak periods; * Ensure compliance with all global process standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other geographic regions; * Monitor operational metrics; * Analyze data from multiple sources and identify relevant trends, presenting them in a way that enables action; * Investigate root causes of operational issues. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * High school or equivalent diploma * Experience in Logistics; * Availability to work in shifts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
