Technical reference for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud best practices **SENIOR DEVOPS ANALYST** **Responsibilities**: The Senior DevOps Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's public cloud infrastructure, exclusively on AWS. They promote automation, scalability, security, and observability of cloud environments, ensuring service efficiency and resilience. They partner with architecture, development, security, and FinOps teams, serving as a technical reference for CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud operational best practices. ● Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure AWS environments aligned with cloud architecture best practices; ● Automate provisioning and management of resources using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible; ● Manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins); ● Configure and operate AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.; ● Implement and monitor security policies, access control (IAM), logging, and compliance in cloud environments; ● Monitor environment performance and health using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar; ● Identify and implement continuous improvements in cost, performance, and governance, collaborating with FinOps and Security teams; ● Develop and maintain automation scripts in Shell, Python, or other appropriate languages; ● Document environments, operational procedures, and architectural decisions clearly and reusably; ● Support development teams in configuring cloud environments and integrating with observability, security, and deployment tools. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or related areas is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications**: ● Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public cloud operations, including at least 3 years with AWS; ● Experience with automation, CI/CD, cloud security, and monitoring of distributed environments; ● Technical English proficiency for reading documentation, courses, and supporting international vendors; ● Conversational English is preferred; ● AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (preferred);•AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional (preferred); ● Certifications in Terraform, Kubernetes, or GitLab CI are advantageous; ● Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi); ● Containers and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes); ● AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, SQS, Lambda, ALB/NLB, EFS, Secrets Manager, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudWatch; ● CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD; ● Monitoring and observability: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog; ● Automation scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell; ● Cloud security practices (IAM, SCPs, encryption, least privilege); ● Collaboration with FinOps for cost optimization and consumption analysis. **Location**: BRAZIL HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN SAO PAULO/SP **Working Hours**: 08:00 TO 18:00 — MON TO THU / 08:00 TO 17:00 — FRI — FLEX (220 HOURS) **Salary Range:** From R$ 9\.700,00 to R$ 9\.800,00 **(Approximate value, subject to change)** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$9\.700,00 — R$9\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields? * Do you hold a postgraduate degree or MBA in Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or related areas? * Do you have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in public cloud operations, including at least 3 years with AWS? * Do you reside in São Paulo?
