Job Summary: This role involves collecting, treating, and analyzing large volumes of data, developing data models, identifying trends, and creating dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct data collection, processing, and delivery of large volumes of data. 2. Develop data models and identify trends to generate insights. 3. Design and maintain up-to-date dashboards, reports, and monitoring panels. Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Analysis, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in managing structured and unstructured databases, as well as creating and maintaining dashboards; * Required Knowledge: Big Data and Data Analytics; Data analysis and exploration tools (SAS, SQL, Google, etc.); * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.); * Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (GCP, Azure, OCI, etc.); * Spreadsheets (Excel or Sheets);\- Programming tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, Spark); * Data analysis; * Basic understanding of Data Pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of AI algorithms (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.); * Experience in Tax Transformation; * Predictive modeling; * Descriptive and inferential statistics; * Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma; * LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); * Alignment with Brisanet Group's organizational identity; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Propose improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Populate departmental KPIs; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when required; * Provide support to employees on matters related to the department; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Conduct collection, processing, and delivery of large volumes of structured and unstructured data; * Develop data models to support decision-making; * Identify trends and patterns in data to improve database structure and generate actionable insights that add value to the organization; * Execute optimal methods for querying, cross-referencing, and presenting data; * Design database architecture according to defined specifications; * Perform database queries as requested; * Conduct statistical and mathematical analyses involving data and analytics, including descriptive and predictive analyses; * Design and maintain up-to-date dashboards, reports, and monitoring panels for the organization, as well as guide and support KPI definition; * Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture across the company. 2512180202551924671
