Opportunity to support the team while working autonomously and responsibly **Senior Accounts Payable Analyst** **A9 Agricultural Machinery** is seeking a **Senior Accounts Payable Analyst** to work strategically in finance, ensuring control, accuracy, and efficiency in departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee the entire **Accounts Payable** routine; * Validate entries, reconciliations, and payment scheduling; * Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow control; * Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies; * Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the area; * Support financial closing and managerial reporting; * Interface with suppliers, banks, and internal departments; * Support internal and external audits; * Provide guidance and support to analysts/assistants on the team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in finance, with focus on **Accounts Payable**; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with bank reconciliation and cash flow management; * Analytical, organized profile with strong process orientation; * Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience in agribusiness or dealership companies; * Experience in process improvement/automation; * Knowledge of financial KPIs. **Job Details:** Location: Piracicaba/SP Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Career Development Plan If you seek autonomy, responsibility, and meaningful impact in finance, join our team!
