Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** We are seeking a professional passionate about Artificial Intelligence and software development, capable of engaging from identifying business opportunities through to building and deploying AI-based solutions. You will be responsible for supporting clients and internal teams in transforming processes using AI technologies, combining consultative vision, technical capability, and strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct assessments with clients to understand business challenges, processes, pain points, and opportunities for Artificial Intelligence application. * Act consultatively—questioning existing processes and proposing new ways of working enabled by AI. * Identify, design, and prioritize AI use cases focused on generating business value. * Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, intelligent agents, RAG, automations, and other modern architectures. * Develop applications leveraging AI to accelerate the development lifecycle (AI-assisted development). * Build AI agents capable of executing tasks, integrating systems, orchestrating workflows, and supporting corporate processes. * Integrate AI solutions with APIs, legacy systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools. * Collaborate with architects, infrastructure specialists, DevOps, and development teams to ensure scalability, security, and governance of solutions. * Participate in defining modern application architectures with an AI focus. * Build proofs of concept (PoCs), MVPs, and production-ready solutions. * Support clients in adopting best practices for responsible AI, security, governance, and cost optimization. * Track the evolution of the Generative AI ecosystem, continuously evaluating new tools, models, and frameworks. * Disseminate knowledge through workshops, technical demonstrations, and team training. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in software development using languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Node, etc. * Practical experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Knowledge of developing AI agents, intelligent workflows, and AI-based applications. * Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar. * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search. * Experience consuming and integrating AI models via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, among others). * Understanding of modern application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and deployment automation. * Familiarity with Git and sound software engineering practices. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with enterprise AI platforms. * Experience in MLOps and LLMOps. * Knowledge of observability, evaluation, and monitoring of AI applications. * Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms. * Cloud or AI certifications. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration. * Experience in technology consulting. **Behavioral Competencies** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Strong consultative profile and ability to build client relationships. * Aptitude for conducting interviews, workshops, and assessments. * Critical thinking and ability to challenge existing processes. * Curiosity and continuous learning about emerging technologies. * Hands-on profile, with ease in turning ideas into solutions. * Autonomy, organization, and ownership mindset. * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, rapidly evolving technological environments. * Ease in working within multidisciplinary teams. * Business acumen paired with technical capability. **Additional Information** **100% Remote** At Leega, we do not simply deliver lines of code or dashboards.
