This means actively participating in technical decisions and continuously helping evolve our products and platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Security, etc.) to understand the problem, define the approach, and deliver business impact. * Help technically lead deliveries: plan, decompose, prioritize trade\-offs, and ensure execution with quality and predictability. * Actively contribute to architecture (services, integrations, performance, scalability, resilience), conduct PoCs when needed, and translate learnings into product. * Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (services, applications, technical decisions), facilitating knowledge sharing and system maintenance. * Select the best tools and technologies for each challenge, focusing on efficiency, security, and delivery excellence. * Operate and evolve production systems, monitoring models and services, ensuring result consistency and rapid response to incidents or changes. * Build Generative AI solutions, such as chatbots/assistants, text interpretation and generation, semantic search (RAG), recommendation, and other use cases aligned with business strategy. * Design and implement Agentic Systems — autonomous and semi\-autonomous agents with orchestration, memory, planning, and integration via protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent\-to\-Agent). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse areas. * Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure. * Solid experience in API/microservice development, Docker, and Kubernetes. * System observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Datadog). * Experience with relational databases (Aurora, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch, Neo4j). * Advanced experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Kotlin, Scala, GoLang, and/or Rust, demonstrating high-level programming proficiency. * Experience with at least one messaging technology (Kafka, SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, NATS, Redpanda). * Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and familiarity with LLMs (GPT\-4\.1/o4\-mini, Claude 4 Sonnet/Opus, Gemini 3\.0 Pro/Flash, LLaMA 4 Maverick, Mistral Large 2, DeepSeek\-V3/R1\). * Passion for technology and an innovative mindset, with active interest in tracking the latest trends and advances in AI and software engineering. * Practical experience using agent/copilot-based tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar) in daily development. * Experience handling large-scale data and distributed programming, demonstrating ability to solve scalability and performance challenges. * Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving skills, combined with an organized and structured approach. * Experience making data-driven technical decisions. **Additional Information** * Knowledge of Machine Learning, with emphasis on at least one of the following techniques: NLP, classification models, clustering, *information retrieval*, recommendation systems, and OCR. * Experience with GenAI projects in production: assistants, autonomous agents, copilots, RAG, semantic search. * Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK. * Knowledge of agent interoperability protocols: MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent\-to\-Agent). * Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Milvus) and embedding/reranking strategies. * Experience with LLM observability: LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, OpenLLMetry. * Experience with LLM guardrails and safety: Guardrails AI, NeMo Guardrails, prompt injection detection. * Experience with MLOps: MLflow, Weights \& Biases, SageMaker or Vertex AI. * Participation in open-source projects. * Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields — especially Master’s and/or PhD degrees. * Publications and community contributions: Active participation in conferences, publications in scientific journals, or significant contributions to open-source projects in the fields of Data Science and Machine Learning. * Experience handling financial data: Knowledge and experience working with financial data, including transaction processing, data security, and privacy.
