Job Summary: Manage a team of AI developers, lead the full product development lifecycle for AI solutions, and define scalable architectures for AI systems. Key Highlights: 1. Work with Microsoft's AI stack and LLM frameworks Description: What you need to have: * Academic Background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; * Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions; * Proven experience leading and managing technical teams focused on AI projects; * Prior experience with Microsoft's AI stack (Azure AI Builder, Copilot Studio) and/or LLM frameworks such as LLAMMA or AWS Bedrock; * Hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing a team of AI developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality project delivery on schedule; * Leading the full AI product development lifecycle—from ideation and proof of concept to implementation and launch; * Defining and designing scalable and efficient AI solution architectures using Azure AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI (AI, Dataverse), and integrating with advanced frameworks such as LLAMMA and AWS Bedrock; * Actively participating in the development of AI models and solutions using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring prototyping and implementation of complex features; * Designing and implementing integration of AI solutions with the existing Microsoft ecosystem—including Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insight, Commerce, Contact Center), Power BI, Dataverse, Fabric, and Data Lake; * Guiding and collaborating on configuration and maintenance of AI environments on Azure and AWS servers, ensuring operational stability and scalability of solutions; * Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI models and applications using Azure DevOps, ensuring automation of testing and deployments; * Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications for development; * Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation covering architecture, models, APIs, and processes—serving as a knowledge base for the team and the company; * Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence, evaluating and proposing adoption of new technologies and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. 2511050202231720658
