Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Scrum Master with expertise in agile culture to facilitate teams, transform processes, and remove impediments. Key Highlights: 1. Then this opportunity may be for you! **Technical Requirements and Experience** * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** in agile teams * Solid knowledge of **Scrum**, **Kanban**, and Lean principles * Ability to lead agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective) * Skill in removing impediments and supporting team maturity growth * Hands-on experience with agile metrics (Lead Time, Throughput, Velocity, CFD, etc.) * Experience working in environments with multiple squads * Fluency in **Spanish** (spoken and written) * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar * Strong communication skills, systemic thinking, and collaborative mindset * Self-organization and time management in remote settings * Use of **personal equipment** for work **Nice-to-have (not mandatory)** * Certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, KSD, KMP * Experience with distributed teams * Knowledge of OKRs **Employment Model** * PJ (Individual Contractor) * 100% Remote Work * Full time — **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
