Use of metrics to drive team performance and autonomy . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as team leader, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement; * Support the team in delivering sustainable value by using agile metrics to guide decisions and drive performance; * Proactively remove impediments with a focus on effective solutions; * Facilitate agile events (daily stand-up, planning, review, and retrospective) in an engaging, results-oriented manner; * Promote agile practice maturity and team autonomy development; * Encourage clear, respectful, and objective communication among team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; * Experience with Lean practices and continuous improvement; * Leadership and facilitation experience with large or multiple teams, including tribes and programs; * Knowledge of agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro; * Experience analyzing performance metrics and indicators using Power BI or similar tools.
