Our growth is also internal: over 300 employees were promoted in 2025, within an environment that values merit, innovation, and continuous development. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** You will handle high-volume labor litigation, focusing on clients in the retail sector, managing cases autonomously within a structured operation. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: * Drafting defenses, appeals, and other procedural submissions in labor cases; * Managing deadlines and monitoring cases within a high-volume portfolio; * Analyzing initial pleadings and defining strategies according to established standards; * Participating in hearings (where applicable); * Entering and maintaining information in legal case management systems; * Collaborating with internal teams and operational departments to align case requirements; You will join a dynamic environment characterized by a high volume of cases, productivity targets, and a strong focus on technical quality. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * Prior experience in labor litigation, preferably with retail-sector companies; * Experience in high-volume operations and routine handling of multiple simultaneous deadlines; * Strong organizational and task-management skills; * Agility in execution while maintaining attention to technical quality; * A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Experience in high-volume labor litigation; * Experience serving retail clients (a highly relevant advantage); * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with performance targets; **What We Offer:** * Fixed fees: BRL 2,500 + monthly profit-sharing (average of BRL 400); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational and language institutions; * Electricity bill discount through partnership with Solatio Energia Livre; * Access to Ferreira & Chagas’ exclusive University; * Genuine opportunities for internal growth and development.
