Our growth is also internal: over 300 employees were promoted in 2025, within an environment that values merit, innovation, and continuous development. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** High-volume labor litigation practice focused on banking sector clients, within a structured, results-oriented operation. Main responsibilities: * Drafting defenses, appeals, and other labor filings; * Deadline management across a high-volume caseload; * Analyzing initial pleadings and defining strategies according to established standards; * Entering and managing information in legal software; * Liaising with internal departments and supporting hearing preparation and conduct; * Meeting productivity and technical quality targets. **We Are Looking For Candidates With** * Experience in labor litigation, preferably serving banking sector clients; * Experience in high-volume operations and handling multiple concurrent deadlines; * Strong organizational and task-management skills; * Agility combined with consistent technical rigor; * A resilient, disciplined, and results-oriented profile; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Mandatory Requirements** * Active OAB registration; * Experience in high-volume labor litigation; * Experience serving banking clients (a highly relevant advantage); * Experience working under productivity targets; **What We Offer** * Fixed fees: BRL 2,500 + monthly profit-sharing (average BRL 400); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational and language institutions; * Access to Ferreira & Chagas’ exclusive University; * A genuine opportunity for growth.
