Job Summary: We are seeking an execution-oriented lawyer focused on legal production, client service, and managing low-complexity cases in an established law firm. Key Highlights: 1. Operational organization and discipline within a well-defined routine We are hiring for an established law firm located in the ABC region, featuring a structured operation, high request volume, and emphasis on productivity and standardization. This position is intended for an execution-oriented lawyer whose daily routine focuses on legal production, direct client service, and managing low-complexity cases. Important: This is not a consultative or strategic role. We seek someone comfortable with operational routines, high request volumes, and well-defined processes. Main Responsibilities: Client service (in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp) Initial case and document review Drafting initial pleadings and low-complexity legal documents Case progress monitoring Updating the legal management system (case management) Organizing documents and internal workflows Support during initial hearings and investigative actions Performing administrative tasks within the legal department Mandatory Requirements: Law degree 3–4 years of experience in the legal field Practical experience drafting legal documents Strong communication skills (internal and external clients) Operational organization and discipline Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling a high volume of cases Experience working in structured law firms Proficiency with legal management systems Behavioral Profile: Execution-oriented profile (focus on execution and delivery) Organization and attention to detail Proactivity Strong communication skills Benefits: Performance bonus Birthday day off On-site parking Career development plan Important – Please Read Before Applying: This is an operational position requiring work with high volume and defined processes.
