




Job Summary: Professional responsible for attendance control, document organization, access request and follow-up, administrative support, and operational team assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Access management and internal process monitoring • Monitor employee attendance record completion • Receive, organize, and control time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and monitor physical access authorization • Request and monitor virtual access creation • Receive and dispatch document mailbags • Sort and organize uniforms and PPEs for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data collection and mapping activities • Maintain updated departmental records: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Provide additional administrative support as needed by the department • Respond to Analyst requests for data collection • Assist the operational team in handling incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entry in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras staff (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Allowance (VA) * Meal Voucher (VR) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Medical and Dental Assistance
