




Job Summary: Professional to perform administrative routines related to personnel control, documents, access management, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Will handle attendance control and time sheets. 2. Provide support in data collection and mapping. 3. Assist with various administrative needs. Job Description: • Monitor employee attendance record completion • Receive, organize, and manage time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and track physical access authorizations • Request and track virtual access creation • Receive and dispatch document pouches • Sort and organize uniforms and PPE for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data collection and mapping activities • Maintain updated departmental records: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Assist the department with other administrative needs • Fulfill Analyst requests for data collection • Provide support to the operational team in handling incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras team members (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher
