**Responsibilities and Duties** **Client Platform Data Entry:** Input data, update proposals, and manage information on client-specific portals as required.
**Electronic Signature Management:** Oversee the entire workflow of drafts and proposals on digital signature platforms (e.g., ZapSign, DocuSign, etc.), including managing document dispatches, following up on pending items, and organizing signed documents.
**Light System Data Entry:** Maintain the internal Light system fully updated with commercial and operational information from the New Business area.
**Legalbox Registrations:** Register new matters, scopes, and documents in the Legalbox system, ensuring data accuracy.
**Commission Report Preparation:** Track closing data and prepare internal commission spreadsheets and reports for the Commercial area, subject to coordination validation.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
Bachelor’s degree (currently pursuing or completed) in Administration, Law, Commercial Management, or related fields;
**Note:** Law students or graduates must NOT hold an active OAB registration.
**Experience:**
Prior experience in commercial support, back-office, controllership, or operational support functions (experience in law firms or service providers is preferred).
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency and agility in handling multiple systems, client portals, and ERPs;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for commission reports and Word);
Familiarity with electronic signature tools.
**Behavioral Profile:**
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail (essential to prevent errors in registrations, commissions, and reports);
Process- and routine-oriented profile focused on administrative and operational tasks;
Strong communication skills and proactivity in following up on responses and monitoring signature workflows.
