**Responsibilities** * Verification and import of input and output invoices. * Verification of taxes and obligations related to Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit companies. * Support in payroll routines and verification of labor obligations (when there are employees and pró\-labore). * Organization of documents, spreadsheets, and accounting information. * Bookings, verifications, and general support for accounting processes under the supervision of the responsible accountant. **Basic Requirements (Mandatory)** **Education:** Accounting Technician **Experience:** minimum of 6 months in the accounting field **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Basic accounting knowledge (accounting principles, debit and credit). * Basic Excel (simple spreadsheet manipulation). * Experience with Simples Nacional companies: tax verification and import (inputs, outputs, and taxes). * Experience with companies that have pró\-labore: verification of labor obligations. * Knowledge of the **Domínio** system. **Technical Skills (Desirable – not mandatory)** * Previous experience in an accounting firm. * Knowledge of Presumed Profit company routines. * Experience with companies that have employees: verification of obligations and payroll imports. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and assertive communication. * Good organization and priority management. * Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality. * **Benefits** * Medical Insurance fully paid by the company; * Dental Insurance (optional); * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance – R$31.00/day; * Transportation Allowance; * Profit Sharing; * Gympass; * Birthday day off; * Home office allowance; * Year-end recess without vacation deduction.
