* Supervise and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, ensuring data integrity and compliance; * Prepare and review balance sheets, trial balances, consolidated financial statements, and consolidated income statements; Coordinate and validate accounting entries, asset and income statement account reconciliations; * Ensure timely and accurate submission of ancillary tax obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, among others); * Collaborate with Fiscal, Controller, and Finance departments during closing and financial performance analyses; * Support the structuring of holding companies and corporate reorganizations within the group; * Actively participate in internal and external audits by providing reports, documentation, and technical explanations; * Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and automation, integrating ERP system data; * Monitor updates to accounting and tax standards (CPCs and IFRS) applicable to the technology sector; * Support the valuation and accounting of intangible assets, particularly software development and intellectual property.
