Job Summary: IT Governance Analyst responsible for implementing and optimizing IT service management processes, applying agile methodologies, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Management and optimization of the software development lifecycle IT Governance Analyst (SP) **Requirements:** Knowledge of ITSM; Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, SensorIT; Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile practices; Ability to facilitate agile meetings (Daily Standups, Retrospectives). Experience in software development and knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, etc.); Proficiency in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices; Ability to conduct detailed audits and propose improvements based on findings; Clear and effective communication, leadership ability, and teamwork skills. Experience in planning and executing IT projects. **Responsibilities:** Implement and maintain IT service management processes based on frameworks such as ITIL; Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve efficiency in software development and IT service delivery; Manage and optimize the software development lifecycle, from conception through implementation and maintenance; Create, implement, and optimize automated processes supporting IT governance practices; Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure IT objectives align with business goals; Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT services and processes; Plan and execute IT audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and identify areas for improvement; Ensure compliance with standards and regulations through documentation and periodic audits; Collaborate with various teams to ensure integration of IT processes with other company departments. 100% on-site at Vila Olímpia (must reside in São Paulo city or Greater São Paulo)
