We seek someone who combines systemic thinking, high-quality coding, and leadership skills to guide the team toward consistent delivery. * Define application architecture and technical standards. * Act as the team’s technical reference, supporting developers daily. * Code critical features, review PRs, and ensure best practices. * Collaborate with Product and UX in defining solutions. * Guide decisions on performance, security, and scalability. * Mentor and develop the engineering team. * Support continuous process improvement (CI/CD, testing, monitoring). Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or Senior Engineer. * Relevant software development experience (back-end, front-end, or full stack). * Experience with distributed architecture, APIs, and engineering best practices. * Prior experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Ability to mentor developers and influence technical decisions. * Strong communication in Portuguese and ability to work 100% remotely. * Availability for CLT employment. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in high-scale environments (SaaS, B2B/B2C digital products). * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and SRE. * History of participation in product decisions and discovery. * Contributions to technical communities, talks, or open-source projects.
