Job Summary: Technical Leader – Python for remote work, responsible for leading Python development projects technically, defining software architectures, and mentoring the development team. Guide and mentor the development team **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a major Technology company, is seeking a Technical Leader – Python for remote work.** Responsibilities: Lead Python development projects technically. Define software architectures and ensure code quality. Guide and mentor the development team. Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices. Collaborate with the product team in defining technical requirements. Ensure project delivery within schedule and budget. Optimize data ingestion pipeline performance, including performance analysis, profiling, and scalability. Support version control, CI/CD, containerization, and related infrastructure management. Requirements: Solid Python development experience. Knowledge of Django or Flask. Proficiency with tools and libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, and Jupyter. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra. Knowledge of Big Data: Spark and Hadoop. Experience with visualization: Matplotlib and Seaborn. Knowledge of version control (GIT/TFVC) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation. Bachelor's degree completed in Technology field. Practical experience with Agile methodologies. Skills: Technical leadership and team mentoring. Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to make technical decisions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Systemic thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
