We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Map needs with CX/business and translate requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes (Figma). * Create components and guidelines in the design system (design tokens, states, accessibility) and maintain cross-module consistency. * Specify error, empty, loading, and exception states — with focus on critical systems. * Co-create microcopies and clear language patterns with UX Writers; plan and conduct usability tests with UX Researchers. * Monitor usage metrics (e.g., task time, success rate, adoption) and continuously iterate. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology-related fields. * Solid experience as a UX/Product Designer for B2B or internal products, preferably high-complexity ones. * Portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows, navigable prototypes, and measurable impact. * Proficiency in Figma/FigJam (components, auto-layout, variants) and best practices in accessibility. * Comfort designing data-dense screens (tables, filters, information hierarchies) and workflow-oriented interfaces. * Experience collaborating with Research, Content, Engineering, and business areas; organized use of Jira/Confluence. * Basic understanding of security and privacy (LGPD) applied to interface design. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of ServiceNow **Additional Information** Want to see all our open positions?
