We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Duties:** * Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software — planning, implementing, and automating quality assurance tests; * Plan, define, implement, and identify tests (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, exploratory, load or performance) for new and/or existing functionalities; * Monitor the testing process and results in each cycle and evaluate overall quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related field + postgraduate degree or MBA in the field of operation and/or development processes; OR * Completed undergraduate degree in any field + postgraduate degree (in progress or completed) in IT or a field related to the area of operation. * Experience in developing and executing test plans, requirements analysis and elicitation, and defect documentation; * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.); * Familiarity with concepts of functional, regression, integration, and usability testing; * Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework, or similar; * Knowledge of tools such as Postman or SoapUI for conducting web service (REST, SOAP) testing; * Experience with tools such as JMeter or Gatling to assess application performance and scalability. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in software and systems used in the healthcare sector will be a differentiating factor. **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our open positions?
