We are looking for a **1st Cook** to join our team! This person will be responsible for leading the preparation and finishing of dishes, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety at all stages, in accordance with the nutritionist’s guidelines and the chain’s standards. If you seek a place to grow, exchange experiences, and deliver hospitality with excellence, come with us to transform every customer’s experience! **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare meals following the nutritionist’s guidelines, respecting cooking methods, food quality, storage, and thawing procedures. * Execute recipes according to technical sheets, paying attention to portion size, consistency, and dish presentation. * Control waste and ensure proper preservation of ingredients. * Supervise personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness, and kitchen equipment. * Organize the internal pre-preparation area and maintain inventory control of food items and utensils. * Verify the PVPS system for products across all departments and ensure correct expiration dates. * Monitor equipment, cold rooms, pre-preparation areas, and support areas for compliance with sanitary regulations. * Conduct inspections of refrigerators and cold rooms. * Maintain equipment and materials used. * Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of supervision.
